Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhürman met with María Ángela Olguín, the Personal Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General, in New York.
Mr. Erhürman, who is holding meetings as part of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, according to a press release issued by the occupying regime, discussed the current situation regarding the Cyprus issue with Ms. Olgin during the meeting.
Tufan Erhurman will meet on Saturday with António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, and will also hold various other bilateral meetings in New York before returning on September 27.
