The owners of a building under construction in Paphos, where there is no SAPA pipeline installed, find themselves at an impasse.
As reported by Alpha’s Paphos correspondent, Kostas Nanos, on the “Alpha Kalimera” program, the owners of a development discovered that on the lot where they are building, in the area near the hospital, the authorities had failed to install a sewer line when the Paphos sewer system was constructed.
The owners tried to contact the EOA, to which responsibility has been transferred, but one agency kept referring them to another.
The latest response they have received is to dig pits until it is determined if and when the pipeline will be installed.
