Work is in full swing at Silicon Park, Imperio’s mixed-use project in Agios Athanasios, Limassol, with construction proceeding according to schedule. Meanwhile, the construction contract between Imperio and the contracting firm A&A Apostolidis has been signed.

The project includes three residential buildings, featuring studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two office buildings with a total area of 15,000 square meters. Prices start at €245,000 + VAT.

One of the project’s key advantages is the time residents save in their daily lives. At Silicon Park, basic needs and activities are literally just a few steps away: from the gym and daycare center to the co-working spaces, restaurant, and pool. At the same time, the proximity to some of Limassol’s top private schools significantly reduces families’ daily commutes, offering them more time and greater convenience in their daily lives.

With international BREEAM certification—an internationally recognized standard for evaluating the environmental performance of buildings— the project incorporates high environmental standards into its design, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and the quality of the built environment. Green spaces and common areas serve to enhance the sense of a cohesive neighborhood, in an area that has been developing rapidly in recent years as a destination for technology and service companies.

There is also strong interest in the project’s office spaces, both from Cyprus and abroad. In May, the Norwegian biotechnology company ImmunoPharma chose Silicon Park as the base for its presence and expansion in Cyprus, acquiring nearly 3,000 square meters of office space across two floors of the development. The presence of companies of this size in the area boosts local economic activity, creating new jobs and stimulating business and service activity throughout the wider region.

Imperio’s CEO, Nikolas Agiomamitis, stated: “At Imperio, every project begins with a simple yet fundamental question: How do we want to live here ten or twenty years from now? Silicon Park was born from the answer to this question, creating an environment where daily life becomes easier, with housing, work, recreation, and essential services all within walking distance. The pace at which construction is progressing and the fact that over 50% of the project’s apartments and office spaces have already been sold confirm the interest in a different approach to urban living.”

Imperio is celebrating 23 years of real estate development and management in Cyprus and is the first Cypriot company in the industry to publish an ESG report. Its portfolio includes Sunset Gardens, which was named the best green project in Cyprus, The Icon, which transformed the Limassol skyline, and Imperio House, the first net-zero office building in Cyprus.
