A total of 208 individuals who were residing illegally in Cyprus returned to their countries of origin over the past week, through the forced and voluntary return procedures of the Aliens and Immigration Service (FIM), in cooperation with the Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection.
As part of these efforts, according to a police announcement, 7,014 individuals who were residing illegally in the Republic of Cyprus have left the country since the beginning of the year.
It is noteworthy that in 2026, a further decrease has been recorded in the number of arrivals, which stands at 1,126.
