A weak low-pressure system is affecting the region.
Tonight, there will be increased cloud cover in some areas, which in the west may lead to isolated light rain. Winds will continue to blow mainly from the southwest to the northwest, light and locally moderate, at 3 to 4 on the Beaufort scale. The sea will be generally slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to around 17 degrees inland, around 20 degrees along the coast, and around 11 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tomorrow, the weather will initially be mostly clear with locally increased cloud cover; however, after noon, clouds will develop and are expected to bring isolated showers or even thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains and possibly in areas in the southeast and inland. Winds will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and gradually strengthening along the windward coasts to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be generally slightly rough. Temperatures will rise to around 30 degrees inland, on the southern and eastern coasts, around 28 degrees along the western and northern coasts, and around 19 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tomorrow night, there will be intermittent periods of increased local cloud cover, while isolated light rain showers cannot be ruled out along the coast. Winds will be light and downslope, at 3 Beaufort. The sea will be generally calm to slightly choppy, though it will remain slightly choppy locally in the west.
On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the weather will be partly cloudy and at times overcast, with local showers and isolated thunderstorms expected at intervals, mainly after noon. Hail is possible during thunderstorms. The weather conditions on Friday may be intense or even prolonged.
Temperatures will gradually drop through Friday, reaching levels below normal for this time of year.
