The transfer window for free agents closes tonight, and at Olympiacos there appears to be—at least on the surface—no movement toward further reinforcements.
There have been rumors recently about a possible signing, mainly of an attacking midfielder, but the Piraeus club has denied them. However, no one can say for certain that a last-minute move won’t happen by tonight.

After all, on the transfer market, there are still high-value players who haven’t found a team, first and foremost Jadon Sancho, the 26-year-old English winger who has played for Dortmund, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa.
Meanwhile, the “Red-and-Whites” are returning to Renti this afternoon after the three-day break granted to them by Imanol Alguacil. Bailey and Sa returned to training yesterday to continue their programs in order to be ready for next Sunday’s derby against Panathinaikos at “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium.
