Mazonaki Case: This Is the New Lawyer for the 56-Year-Old Doctor

There has been a new development in the legal proceedings surrounding the death of Giorgos Mazonakis, as the legal representation of the 56-year-old doctor who has been remanded in custody in connection with the case has changed.

Nikos and Tellos Agapinos, who until recently had been defending both doctors in custody, announced that from now on they will represent exclusively the 58-year-old husband of the accused.

According to their statement, the decision is linked to a “difference in facts” regarding the defense arguments of the two defendants.
