There has been a new development in the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Giorgos Mazonakis, as the prosecutor in charge has ruled in favor of lifting the confidentiality of communications involving those implicated in the case.

The prosecutor’s proposal was filed today, Tuesday, September 29, to the Athens Misdemeanor Court, following a request from the 32nd regular investigating judge handling the case.
