With an afternoon practice (7:30 p.m.), the Cyprus national team wraps up its preparations today (Oct. 1) ahead of tomorrow’s (Oct. 2 – 7:00 p.m.) match against Armenia at GSP Stadium, as part of the third matchday of Group B in League C of the Nations League.
Akis Mantzios wants to see a response from his players following the first two away games against Montenegro and Latvia, which yielded just one point.
On the field, the Greek coach will be without Sotiriou and Tsaroulas, who are suspended due to yellow cards, while Konstantinos Laifis also remains doubtful.
At 6:45 p.m., the customary press conference will be held by the coach of our national team, accompanied by one of his players.
