As seen in the video, it all happened when the driver of the car made a sudden maneuver to avoid a plastic sign on the Nanjing Ring Expressway.
According to the police, the father and son in the front seats were wearing seat belts and were not injured.
In contrast, the mother and child sitting in the back seats were not wearing seat belts and were thrown through the rear window, resulting in fractures to their arms.
