Panserraikos was penalized by the Ethics Committee with a four-point deduction, according to reports (since the committee in question never announces the penalties it imposes), while three points were also deducted from Volos Elabet.
The case concerns the matches between Volos and Panserraikos, and Panserraikos – Volos in the Super League playouts for the 2024–25 season, which had come under scrutiny following Sudgren’s public allegations of match-fixing in the two matches.

EPATHA completed its investigation and submitted its findings so that the prescribed criminal and disciplinary investigations could proceed. On the disciplinary front, the case was referred to the Hellenic Football Federation’s (EPO) Ethics Committee, which decided on the specific sanctions.
