An unstable air mass will affect the region through Monday. Today, the weather will start out partly cloudy with isolated showers, mainly in the west and north, and will gradually become mostly cloudy by the afternoon, with local showers and isolated thunderstorms. Hail is also possible in areas with thunderstorms. Winds will be mainly southwesterly to westerly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and temporarily on the windward side, up to a strong 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly choppy. Temperatures will reach around 28 degrees inland, on the southern and eastern coasts, around 26 on the rest of the coasts, and 17 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tonight, the weather will be temporarily partly cloudy, with a chance of isolated showers, mainly along the coast. Winds will be northwesterly to northeasterly, and southeasterly on the northern coast; they will be light, at 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to 15 degrees inland, around 18 degrees along the coast, and 8 degrees in the higher mountain areas.
Over the weekend and on Monday, the weather will be mostly cloudy at times, with local showers and isolated thunderstorms expected intermittently. Temperatures are not expected to change significantly and will hover slightly below average for the three-day period.
