A new legal battle has erupted between Halle Berry and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, centered on their 12-year-old son, Maceo.
Martinez is seeking sole custody of the child and, in court documents he filed, makes serious allegations regarding the actress’s behavior toward their son. For her part, Berry denies the allegations and, through her attorney, describes her ex-husband’s petition as “completely baseless and deliberately misleading.”
