Police officers seized three cell phones, two laptops, and a tablet from the home of Giorgos Mazonakis, which they visited yesterday following an order from the investigating judge.
The items are expected to be handed over to the Criminal Investigation Division, in accordance with the investigating judge’s orders, in order to determine whether there are any communications or messages related to the case of the popular singer’s death. Already, the doctors’ cell phones and the medical equipment at the clinic on Karneadou Street have proven to be invaluable and indisputable evidence of what happened at noon on September 9 and whatled to the death of Giorgos Mazonakis. It should be noted that the photograph recovered from Ioanna Gaka’s cell phone, which she had sent to hypnotherapist Nasos Komianos and subsequently deleted from her phone, showed that despite her claims that she had not had time to begin the bloodletting procedure, that was not the case. At the same time, the hemodialysis machine itself indicated that the procedure was in progress, but more importantly, it showed that the successive alarms it had sounded were ignored.
The investigator has already requested the lifting of telephone privacy for the phones of individuals who have direct knowledge of what happened on Karneadou Street, while the investigation is now also focusing on the electronic devices found and seized by police officers from the singer’s home.
