One day before the Greek national team’s home match against Germany for the fourth matchday of its group in the Nations League’s top division, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis visited the hotel where the team is staying.
The Prime Minister spoke with the players and Ivan Jovanović, as well as the president of the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO), Makis Gagatsis, who was present, with the team having a special gift in store for him.
The Serbian coach presented the prime minister with a national team jersey, which had the prime minister’s last name on the back and “No. 10,” thus thanking him for the gesture of support he made by visiting them.
