On Saturday, October 24, the election process will take place at ELAM, as decided during the meeting of the Election Committee of the ELAM Electoral Congress and the Political Council.
As Sotiris Ioannou stated, all candidacies submitted for the District Councils by members of the Party were evaluated.

“As it turns out, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Bylaws, there will be an election process in the District of Nicosia for the positions of District Council members and the elected members of the Central Committee,” he states.
“It was decided that the election will be held on Saturday, October 24, at the Party’s Central Offices, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (with a one-hour break at 1:00 p.m.).”
It should be noted that November 2 has been set as the deadline for submitting candidacies for leadership positions within ELAM.
