A robbery committed at knifepoint took place in the early hours of the morning in Limassol, at the home of a foreign couple.
Specifically, according to initial reports, the robbery took place around 3 a.m., when six individuals entered the home of a foreign couple and, at knifepoint, subdued them and stole 5,000 in cash and jewelry worth approximately 200,000.
The police were notified of the incident on Thursday morning, and according to initial investigations, as reported by Police Spokesperson Byron Vyronos on the “Alpha News” program, the six perpetrators had their faces covered.
The police investigation is ongoing.
