Como wants to keep its star player, with the Italian team ready to “lock down” Tasos Douvikas through 2030, rewarding him for his outstanding performances in the team’s jersey.
The Greek international is making a big impression in Italy, putting in one strong performance after another. In a total of 63 appearances under Cesc Fàbregas, the 27-year-old forward has scored 22 goals and provided five assists.
His contract expires in the summer of 2029, but Como wanted to extend it for one more season. Douvikas had no objections to the Italian club’s proposal, and a raise in his salary should also be considered a given.
