A man was found dead from a gunshot wound in the early morning hours at the intersection of Karamanlis Avenue and Panagouli Street in the Glyfada neighborhood. It is a deserted area, next to the large Elliniko construction site.
According to the police, around 1:00 a.m., a local resident alerted the Emergency Response Center to a possible traffic accident in the area.

Traffic police officers were the first to arrive at the scene, where they found the man, aged approximately 50–60, lying next to a motorcycle with a gunshot wound to the head. At least five shell casings were found at the scene.
The Organized Crime Division has taken over the preliminary investigation into the case.
