A 20-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were taken to Paphos General Hospital, following a head-on collision between two vehicles that occurred Saturday night on the Polis Chrysochous–Paphos road, near Tsada.
According to the police, around 11:00 p.m., a car driven by the 20-year-old man and traveling toward Paphos, under circumstances that are under investigation, collided head-on with a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old woman who was traveling toward Polis Chrysochous.
Both drivers were transported by ambulance to Paphos General Hospital, where they were kept for observation as a precaution. According to the doctors on duty, their condition is not life-threatening, and they have sustained some abrasions.
The Stroumbi Police Station is investigating the circumstances surrounding the traffic accident.
