The Ethics and Sports Protection Committee has issued a statement raising concerns about possible match-fixing in the upcoming Coca-Cola Cup matches.
The statement:

1. Information has come to its attention regarding possible match-fixing in connection with the following upcoming 2025/2026 Coca-Cola Cup matches in Divisions A and B (scheduled for October 14, 2026):
- (a) Doxa Katokopia – Olympiakos Nicosia
- (b) Karmiotissa Polemidia – Ermis Aradippou
- (c) Spartakos Kitiou – Krasava ENY Ypsona
2. Following an assessment of the information, it was decided, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, closely monitor the matches in question so that an immediate assessment can be made and all necessary measures and/or decisions can be taken to prevent instances of manipulation and/or to protect the athletes and other participants.
