In a work environment where effective communication is a key factor in professional success, Nina Kaloutsa, a voice and public speaking specialist, is coming to Cyprus for a seminar focused on written and oral communication skills in the workplace.

The seminar, titled “Developing Writing and Effective Presentation Skills in the Workplace,” is co-organized by Compass Training, AIMS International Cyprus, and the KEK Kostas Charalambides. It will have a total duration of 14 hours and will take place over three days: October 22 and November 3 online, while on November 23, participants will have the opportunity to attend an in-person workshop lasting a total of 6 hours with Nina Kaloutsa.

The seminar is aimed at professionals who wish to enhance their impact in their professional environment, by developing writing and effective presentation skills, as well as greater confidence in public speaking.

From Writing to Presentation

The program covers the process from writing to delivering a speech, with an emphasis on proper structure and organization, adapting vocabulary to the audience, inclusive communication, and storytelling. It also includes techniques for articulation and expressiveness, breathing and anxiety management, as well as practices for online presentations.

Nina Kaloutsa’s methodology combines public speaking techniques with emotional intelligence and authenticity, elements that take on particular significance in an environment increasingly influenced by digitalization and artificial intelligence.

As Nina Kaloutsa notes: “In an era where technology and artificial intelligence are changing the way we work and communicate, authentic human communication becomes even more valuable. The goal is to learn to express our ideas clearly and confidently, but also to communicate with empathy, so that our words create a genuine connection with the people we’re addressing.”.

The cost of the seminar is €600, of which €280 is subsidized by the Human Resources Development Agency (AnAD).
