How does Becel ProActiv work?
Becel ProActiv contains plant sterols. A daily intake of 1.5–2.4 g of plant sterols can lower cholesterol by 7–10% in 2–3 weeks as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, including plenty of fruits and vegetables.
The recommended daily amount is equivalent to 3 10-gram servings of Becel ProActiv spread (for a total of 30 grams per day) or 1 Becel ProActiv yogurt drink –75 g daily.
