Police in Grevena arrested a priest following a complaint by his former partner alleging that he had distributed revenge porn.
The 68-year-old priest was arrested by officers from the Larissa Sub-Directorate for Crime Prevention and Investigation, following a complaint filed by a 43-year-old woman from Larissa.

According to information from the newspaper “ELEFTHERIA,” the 43-year-old woman approached the Larissa Public Prosecutor’s Office for First Instance to report the priest’s conduct, resulting in an order for an urgent preliminary investigation.
Following the complaint, police officers from the Larissa Crime Investigation and Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Hellenic Police arrested the priest at his home in Grevena.
According to the same reports, photographs of the 43-year-old woman from Larissa were found stored on the priest’s cell phone.
Charges were filed against the priest for the offenses of revenge pornography and domestic violence, and his summary trial will take place tomorrow, Friday, at 1 p.m. at the Larissa courthouse.
