The 37-year-old British father of the 3-year-old child who lost his life in Paphos after falling from the third floor of the hotel where his family was staying has been released.
According to reports, the court decided to fine him 3,000 euros, ruling that it was a momentary lapse of judgment.
It should be noted that the tragedy occurred on July 12, when the 3-year-old child fell from the third floor of the hotel where the family—who had come to our country on vacation—was staying.
The 37-year-old man faces charges of causing the death of his 3-year-old son through a reckless, thoughtless, or dangerous act.
