The Pafilia padel tournament took place on October 6 and 7, 2026, at Minthis Sports Ground in a particularly warm atmosphere. The event combined sports with entertainment, offering employees the opportunity to reconnect after the summer, spend time together outside the workplace, and strengthen their relationships with one another.
Sixteen teams participated in the tournament, with the first matches taking place on October 6 and the event culminating the following day with the quarterfinals, the semifinals, and the grand final. Excitement was palpable both on and off the field, with colleagues cheering on the teams and creating a lively atmosphere filled with smiles and applause.

Beyond the competitive aspect, the tournament highlighted values that characterize Pafilia’s culture, such as cooperation, mutual respect, friendly competition, and team spirit. A special moment was the awards ceremony, during which one of the Minthis homeowners presented the trophies and gifts to the winning team. The Minthis Sports Ground provided the ideal setting for the event. It features four tennis courts, two padel courts, a space for various team sports, a 5×5 soccer field, and outdoor fitness facilities, offering a wide range of sports and recreational options. Blending seamlessly with the natural landscape, these facilities reflect Minthis’s wellness philosophy, offering an environment where sports, recreation, and connection with nature are an integral part of daily life.
After the competitions concluded and the awards were presented, the celebration continued with a relaxed evening that brought the Pafilia team even closer together. A pizza station, a burger truck, a cocktail bar, and a DJ created a pleasant atmosphere, giving colleagues the chance to share their impressions of the tournament, chat, and enjoy wonderful moments together.
