A series of workshops and concerts from october 31 to november 29, 2026, in nicosia
ALPHANEWSLIVE

The nonprofit organization Windcraft Loud is marking ten years of creativity, collaborations, musical encounters, and new paths, and is celebrating with a series of events titled “Windcraft Back.” The series brings back into the spotlight collaborations that emerged throughout the organization’s history and that of the Windcraft Music Fest.

Since its founding, Windcraft Loud’s primary goal has been to build bridges between the local and international music scenes, bringing together artists from Cyprus and abroad and encouraging the creation of new, cross-border musical collaborations. Through the Windcraft Music Fest, dozens of musicians met for the first time, experimented with different musical genres, and created original musical projects.

“Windcraft Back” revisits some of these encounters, giving them the opportunity to be revived and evolve once again. Cypriot and international musicians are reuniting in Nicosia to present their music through four distinct concerts, while also sharing their knowledge and experience with the local music community through four specialized workshops.

As part of the series, Haris Lambrakis joins Odysseas Toumazou in a musical exploration with references to tropical music, Toms Rudzinskis collaborates with Christos Gerolatsitis in a session focused on contemporary jazz, Federico Pascucci reunites with Larva (Vasilis Filippou & Alexis Kasinos) for a contemporary take on traditional music, while Andreas Polyzogopoulos engages in a musical dialogue with Mario Takousis in yet another creative jazz collaboration.

The concerts are complemented by workshops on folk music, jazz, swing, and Balkan music, offering students, professionals, and music lovers the opportunity to interact directly with renowned musicians from Cyprus and abroad.

With Windcraft Back, Windcraft Loud celebrates ten years of activity, reconnecting artists and collaborations that have shaped its journey and creating new opportunities for artistic development, education, and international networking.
