Speaker of the House Anita Dimitriou ordered an investigation into the inadvertent disclosure of personal data during the posting of “Pothen Esches” declarations, describing the incident as unacceptable.

It should be noted that the House of Representatives, in a related announcement, stated that while posting asset disclosure statements on the Special Committee’s website, sections of the declarations were published by mistake—sections that the law does NOT require to be published and, consequently, republished.

Consequently, the statements have been temporarily removed so that the Parliamentary Service can make the necessary corrections.
