After reviewing the cases referred to it, the CFF Judicial Committee imposed the following penalties:

*A complaint filed by Referee Kyriakos Athanasiou against Christos Hatzipantelidis, Assistant Coach of OLYMPIACOS Nicosia, who was ejected for inappropriate behavior on the benchand for vehement protests during the Cyprus League by Stoiximan First Phase match of the 2026–2027 season between Olympiacos Nicosia vs. ARIS Limassol on October 11, 2026 (Matchday 5).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint filed by Referee Ali Erhan against Nikolaos Lambrou, a player for F.C. LEIVADIA 2022, who was sent off for violently striking an opposing player during the Third Division A Championship match of the 2026–2027 season between Ethnikos Latsion and F.C. Leivadia 2022 on October 10, 2026 (Matchday 3).
Decision: Two-match suspension.

*Complaint filed by Referee Marios Koufopavlos against Makis Mama, Goalkeeper Coach of AEK Larnaca, who was sent off because, after the end of the match, he approached the referee and protestedduring the 2026–2027 K19 First Division Youth Championship match between AEK Larnaca and APOEL Nicosia on October 10, 2026 (Matchday 3).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint filed by Referee Menelaos Pantelidis against Georgios Toumbas, Goalkeeper Coach of NEA SALAMINA Famagusta, who was sent off for inappropriate behavior on the bench and was shouting very loudly on the field at the referee during the 2026–2027 season between Nea Salamina Famagusta and Olympiakos Nicosia on October 10, 2026 (Matchday 3).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint filed by Referee Panagiotis H. Andreou against OUSMANE SIDIBE, a player for AOA Agia Napa, who was sent off for serious foul play in the U-19 B Youth Championship match of the 2026–2027 season between Omonia Aradippou and AOAN Ayia Napa on October 11, 2026 (Matchday 3).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint filed by Referee Charalambos Theodorou against Georgios Nikolaou, a player for AKRITA Chlorakas, who was sent off for verbally abusing an opposing player off thethe field during the 2026–2027 APEA Akrotiri–AKRITAS Chlora U-19 Second Division Championship match on October 11, 2026 (Matchday 3).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint filed by Referee Eleftherios Pantelis against Andreas Stylianou, a player for the Xylofagos F.C., who was sent off for violent conduct along with an opposing player; who grabbed each other by the arms and shoved one another violently during the 2026–2027 XYLOFAGOU FC vs. GEROSKIPOU FC on October 11, 2026 (Matchday 1).
Decision: Suspension for two matches.

*Complaint filed by Referee Eleftherios Pantelis against Christos Karatsausidis, a player for GEROSKIPOU F.C., who was sent off for spitting at an opposing player during the 2026–2027 Season U-19 Third Division Youth Championship match between Xylofagos F.C. – GEROSKIPOU F.C. match on October 11, 2026 (1st Matchday).
Decision: Six-match suspension.

*Complaint filed by Referee Eleftherios Pantelis against Dimitris Tziakouris, a player for GEROSKIPOU F.C., who was sent off for violent conduct along with an opposing player; who grabbed each other by the arms and shoved one another violently during the 2026–2027 season’s U-19 Third Division Youth Championship match between Xylofagos F.C. – GEROSKIPOU F.C. on October 11, 2026 (Matchday 1).
Decision: Suspension for two matches.

*Complaint against APOEL Nicosia:
(a) for racist behavior by a team supporter toward a player from the visiting team wearing jersey number 93, in violation of Article 11.1(a) (b) of the CFF
Disciplinary Regulations. Decision: Fine.
(b) due to the failure to include in the starting lineup, at the start of the match, two players who, at the age of 18 or earlier, were registered as players in the CFF’s player registry, in violation of Chapter IX, Article 13.5 of the Cyprus League by Stoiximan Championship Regulations for the 2026–2027 season. Specifically, at the start of the match, only one player was in the starting lineup who, at age 18 or earlier, had been registered as a player in theCFF

*Complaint against PETROS SAVVAS, president of OLYMPIAKOS Nicosia, for offensive behavior and/or in any way contrary to the basic rules of decent conduct, which he exhibited after the end of the first half and after the end of the match toward the referees, in violation of Article 4(c) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the Cyprus League by Stoiximan Phase A Championship match of the 2026–2027 season between OLYMPACOS Nicosia–Aris Limassol / October 11, 2026 (5th Matchday).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint against:
(1) ARIS Limassol:
(a) because the team behaved inappropriately (5 cards), in violation of Article 10.1(b) of the CFF
Disciplinary Regulations. Decision: Fine.
(b) due to the failure to include in the starting lineup, at the start of the match, two players who, at age 18 or earlier, were registered as players in the CFF’s player registry, in violation of Chapter IX, Article 13.5 of the Cyprus League by Stoiximan Championship Regulations for the 2026–2027 season. (2) CHARALAMBOS CHARALAMBOUS, a player for ARIS Limassol, for offensive behavior and/or in any way contrary to the basic rules of decent conduct, which he exhibited during the match toward the stands housing the visiting team’s fans (he expressed discontent and reacted to insults directed at him by fans of the visiting team), in violation of Article 4(c) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations.

In the Cyprus League by Stoiximan Phase A Championship match of the 2026–2027 season between Olympiakos Nicosia and Aris Limassol on October 11, 2026 (5th Matchday).

*Complaint against AEL Limassol regarding an object thrown by a team supporter located in the stadium’s south stands (in the 24th minute of the match, a fan of the team intentionally threw a ball onto the field, causing the referee to temporarily suspend the match, in violation of Articles 10.3(c) and 10(2)(k) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the Cyprus League by Stoiximan First Phase Championship match of the 2026–2027 season between AEL Limassol vs. ALS OMONOIA on May 29, 2026 / October 11, 2026 (5th Matchday).

*Complaint against the ALS OMONOIA May 29 club:
(a) for the bringing of dangerous objects (smoke bombs and flares) by the team’s fans, in violation of Article 10.3(d1a) of the CFF

(b) for the ignition of dangerous objects (smoke bombs and flares) in the stands by the team’s fans before the start of the match, in violation of Article 10.3(d1b) of the CFF

*Complaint against PAFOS F.C. for failing to include in the starting lineup, at the start of the match, two players who, at the age of 18 or earlier, were registered as players in the CFF’s player registry, in violation of Chapter IX, Article 13.5 of the Cyprus League by Stoiximan Championship Regulations for the 2026–2027 season. *Complaint against:
(a) the AEP Polemidia club for racist behavior by the team’s fans toward a player from the visiting team, in violation of Article 11.1(a) and (b) of the C.F.A.
Disciplinary Regulations. Decision: Fine.
(b) Konstantinos Nikolaidis, a trainer for the AEP Polemidia club, for offensive and inappropriate behavior, as after the end of the match and while the teams were leaving the field, he unprovokedly and verbally attacked the assistant coach of the visiting team, Porfyrios Poutziouris, in violation of Articles 4(c) and 9(e) of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Cyprus Football Association (K.O.P.
). Decision: Three-game suspension and a fine.

*A complaint was filed against ANAGENNISIS Deryneia for racist behavior by a team supporter toward a player from the visiting team, and a relevant announcement was made over the stadium’s public address system, in violation of Article 11.1(a) and (b) of the C.F.A. Disciplinary Regulations during the Second Division, Phase A, 2026–2027 season match between ANAGENNISIS Deryneia vs. DIGENIS AKRITAS Morphou on October 10, 2026 (Matchday 3).

*Complaint against the AGBU ARAAT club because the team behaved inappropriately (5 cards), in violation of Article 10.1(b) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the Men’s FUTSAL Championship First Phase match of the 2026–2027 season between AGBU ARARAT – AEK Larnaca/October 8, 2026 (Matchday 1).
Decision: Fine.

*Complaint against George Michael, Vice President of NEA SALAMINA Famagusta, regarding a post on his personal social media account dated 10/10/2026, which:
A. undermines or diminishes the prestige of refereeing and/or a specific refereeing match and/or a specific referee and/or undermines or diminishes the dignity and/or the character of a referee; and/or refers to a forthcoming match or a referee appointed to officiate a match; and/or refers to specific phases of a match and/or the referee’s decisions regarding specific match situations; and/or a statement urging the Referees’ Committee and/or the Director to take specific actions regarding the refereeing of a match; or
B. falls outside the bounds of sportsmanship and/or fair play and/or may contribute to distrust toward the sport and/or its officials and/or that may contribute to and/or incite unsportsmanlike conduct and/or that ridicules the sport or individuals involved in the sport and/or that is derogatory toward the sport or derogatory toward individuals involved in the sport in any way, and/or that is sarcastic toward the sport and/or individuals involved in it.
