With several… on the field, APOEL’s preparations continue ahead of Sunday’s match (10/25 – 6:00 p.m.) against Omonia 29 May at GSP.
Carillo is ruled out for the game, while there are question marks surrounding the readiness of Mancini, Vrontis, and Limnios. Mancini is most likely to be available to coach Nikos Papadopoulos, while the other two will undergo evaluation during the final training sessions. In fact, Vrontis has stitches in his head following an aerial collision with Brito in the previous match against Paphos.
Meanwhile, Sastre and Stafylidis are also out of the lineup for this match after accumulating yellow cards. Given the current situation, Poursaitidis and Garcia appear to be the most likely choices to fill the gaps on both flanks of the defense.
The case of Limnios, however, remains significant for the lineup planning, as, provided he overcomes the issue he is facing, it is not out of the question that he could vie for a spot on the right wing of the attack.
