Gladbach finally showed signs of life after a long time.

Although they seemed doomed (without a single point after six matches), Alexander Blessin’s team celebrated a major 3-2 away win in Stuttgart.

A few days after their draw with Atlético in the Champions League, the home team believed they would cruise to victory when they took the lead in the 5th minute on a goal by Demirović.

However, Borussia equalized before halftime through Skali (38’) and, within a quarter of an hour in the second half (51’–66’), they stunned the “MHP Arena” with goals from Machino and Mohia.

Demirović may have narrowed the gap with his second goal in the 83rd minute, but Gladbach held on until the end.

Celebrating its first victory in this year’s Bundesliga, the team remained at the bottom of the table but at least gained some breathing room in the standings.
