The CEO of HELLENiQ ENERGY, Mr. Andreas Siamis, took first place and was named the top CEO in the “Mid-Cap Oil & Gas” category among companies in the sector in Emerging Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The distinction was awarded as part of Extel’s annual “2026 Emerging EMEA Executive Team” survey, which compiles and analyzes data from the global investment community, recording capital market professionals’ assessments of companies and senior executives. This year’s survey included 454 professionals from 247 investment firms. A total of 401 companies and 603 executives, operating in 11 different sectors, were evaluated. It therefore represents recognition from the investment community itself, which closely monitors business performance, strategic direction, reliability, and the ability of management teams to create value over the long term. Andreas Siamis’s top ranking places him at the forefront of a particularly demanding regional market and also reflects the impact of his long-standing career.
