By consistently investing in the ongoing education and professional development of its staff, the “ALPHAMEGA & Bean Bar” Academy held the official graduation ceremony for the 14 participants of this year’s 7th Academy cycle.
For the past seven years, the Academy has been one of the most important pillars of the Organization’s corporate culture. Through the program, team members who possess the appropriate characteristics, skills, and potential to assume positions of responsibility are systematically identified, evaluated, and developed.

The selection and evaluation of candidates is conducted in collaboration with the leading consulting firm Deloitte, ensuring meritocracy and the application of best practices.Candidates are selected based on their specific characteristics and skills and are assessed at specialized development centers designed exclusively for this purpose.
Since the Academy began operations, 166 employees have graduated, and nearly one in two (45%) has already assumed a position of responsibility.
This year’s graduation ceremony took place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the “Enosis Neon Trast” Center in Nicosia, in the presence of representatives from the Organization’s management, partners, trainees, and their families.
The “ALFAMEGA & Bean Bar” Academy reaffirms the Organization’s long-standing investment in its people, creating a clear path for professional growth and development.
