For the second consecutive year, Hadjiloucas Constructions has been recognized at the 2026–27 International Property Awards, confirming its consistent commitment to quality in design and construction, with a particular emphasis on sustainable residential development.
For the second consecutive year, Hadjiloucas Constructions has made a significant and decisive mark at the European Property Awards, as part of the 2026–27 International Property Awards, winning four awards out of its four entries, securing recognition for each of its four projects.
This year’s performance translates to a 100% success rate for the company’s entries in this competition, with its projects receiving recognition in different categories covering a broad spectrum of contemporary real estate development and design, thereby strengthening its position in the Cypriot construction market.
The four awards are for:
- THE PROLOGUE #80 – Apartment / Condominium Development, Cyprus
- CALLIOPE #83 – Single Apartment / Condominium, Cyprus
- LAKEFRONT ECO TOWER #71 – Sustainable Residential Development, Cyprus
- HADJILOUCAS HEADQUARTERS – Office Interior, Cyprus
The awards ceremony will take place on October 22, 2026, at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel, as part of the official European Property Awards ceremony.
A second consecutive distinction of particular significance
This year’s success builds on a similar distinction the company received at the European Property Awards last year, when, during the 2025–2026 awards cycle–2026, Hadjiloucas Constructions secured its first three awards.
This consistency carries greater weight than a single award, as it reflects the steadfast approach the company takes to the design, development, and construction of its projects, and confirms that quality is not the result of a single entry but a consistent feature of its work.
At the same time, this year’s awards are noteworthy for the breadth of categories in which the company’s projects were recognized, ranging from the development of apartment buildings and single-apartment / condominium development to sustainable residential development and commercial space design.
International Recognition and Its Significance for the Cypriot Market
The International Property Awards were established in 1993 and are one of the longest-running and most recognized evaluation institutions in the real estate sector, architecture, and interior design worldwide, honoring projects and professionals in the fields of property, real estate, development, architecture, and interior design. The evaluation is conducted by an international panel of judges with experience in their respective fields.
They cover eight geographic regions, including Europe, the United Kingdom, the U.S., and the Asia-Pacific region, and the nominated projects are judged by over 100 independent judges through a two-tiered process (regional and international evaluation), under the supervision of four Joint Chairmen. Winning an award at the European Property Awards is a prerequisite for participation in the final international phase of the competition.
For a Cypriot construction company, participation and recognition in an international competition of this caliber serves as external validation of the quality of its work and enhances the international reputation of the Cypriot real estate market.
Hadjiloucas Constructions operates as one of Cyprus’s leading construction companies, holding a leading position in the island’s real estate development market. The company’s philosophy is purely customer-centric, with an emphasis on building relationships of trust, honesty, and consistency with its clients. With a portfolio comprising over 450 residential units since 2016 and a staff of more than 150 people, the company maintains an active presence in real estate development projects throughout Cyprus.
The categories in which the company was recognized this year reflect the breadth of its activities: from the development of apartment buildings (THE PROLOGUE #80, CALLIOPE #83) to sustainable residential development (LAKEFRONT ECO TOWER #71) and the interior design of commercial spaces (Hadjiloucas Headquarters). Winning awards in four different categories demonstrates consistency across multiple levels of activity, from architectural design and construction to sustainability and interior design.
Andreas Hadjiloucas, CEO of Hadjiloucas Constructions:
“Having our work recognized for the second consecutive year by an international institution such as the International Property Awards is particularly significant for Hadjiloucas Constructions. The fact that all four projects we submitted were honored in different categories is a significant affirmation of the quality and standard with which we approach each of our projects.
For us, however, the value of this recognition extends beyond the award itself. For a country like Cyprus, such awards also serve as a benchmark for foreign investors seeking reliable partners. Equally important is that they provide those who have already chosen Hadjiloucas Constructions—as well as those who are considering it—with additional assurance that their investment is in good hands.
The company views this year’s recognition as a commitment rather than a reason to rest on its laurels: Hadjiloucas Constructions’ upcoming projects will be expected to maintain the same level of design, construction quality, and customer service that led to two consecutive years of winning top honors at the awards.”
Four projects, different categories, a common approach
This year’s accolades highlight different aspects of Hadjiloucas Constructions’ work.
The recognition of THE PROLOGUE #80 in the Apartment/Condominium Development category and CALLIOPE #83 in the Single Apartment/Condominium category highlights two distinct approaches to residential design and development.
At the same time, Lakefront-Eco Tower #71, which won an award in the Sustainable Residential Development category, links residential development to the growing importance of sustainability in the modern construction and real estate sectors.
The HADJILOUCAS HEADQUARTERS holds a special place, having been recognized in the Office Interior category. This space is an integral part of the company’s day-to-day operations and tangibly reflects its approach to design and the creation of spaces.
The overall picture that emerges from these four awards is that of a company that strives to apply the same commitment to quality across different types of projects and diverse needs.
The Next Step
For Hadjiloucas Constructions, these new awards serve as a significant affirmation of its progress to date, but at the same time set the bar even higher for future projects.
The company continues to invest in the quality of design and construction, with the aim of creating properties that meet the modern needs of the market while also strengthening the trust of those who choose its projects.
This year’s participation in the European Property Awards, with four awards from four nominations, marks yet another milestone in this effort.
