Produced at the Militsa Craft Cidery in the village of Farmakas, MILITSA is slowly fermented at low temperatures using fresh apples from the Cypriot “Kathista” and “Lortika” varieties grown in the Pitsilia region.
The new Militsa flavor with Elderflower combines the subtle, aromatic notes of elderflower to create a balanced and refreshing flavor profile with a refined character.
With the new MILITSA with Elderflower, the line now includes three distinct flavors—Apple, Strawberry & Lime, and Elderflower—remaining true to Militsa’s philosophy of creating premium craft products with a Cypriot identity.
MILITSA is produced at the Militsa Craft Cidery of Photos Photiades Breweries and distributed by PPD Global—both member companies of the Fotos Photiades Group.
