We would like to inform you that Miltos Forozidis, following his successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Lidl Greece and Lidl Cyprus, will hand over the chairmanship of the Board to Georgios Tokatlis at the end of February 2027. Effective March 1, 2027, Miltos Forozidis will continue his international career within the Schwarz Group.
Georgios Tokatlis, Chief Executive Officer of Lidl Denmark, will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Lidl Greece and Lidl Cyprus, effective March 1, 2027. Georgios Tokatlis has been with Lidl for 21 years and has held various management positions in Greece, and for the past 5 years has held leadership roles in Scandinavia, giving him extensive international experience.
