Following the great success of the first event, which welcomed more than 6,000 visitors, the Nicosia Kids Festival “A Hug for the Children,” organized by the Cyfield Group, returns even more revitalized, even bigger, with even more activities for children and their families.
On Sunday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the square in front of the Old GSP in Nicosia will be filled with thousands of children’s smiles at a special celebration that will have it all: creative workshops, games, interactive experiences, exciting happenings, performances, music, dance, and other artistic events that will “flood” the city center with color, energy, and rhythm.

At the same time, there will be welcoming spaces where young and old alike can relax, enjoy delicious food, and experience the day’s festive atmosphere together in a complete experience for the whole family.
Nonprofit organizations will once again play a special role at this year’s Nicosia Kids Festival: Hope For Children, Sofia for Children, “A Dream, A Wish,” the Alkinoos Artemios Foundation, “Little Heroes,” “Embrace of Hope,” the “Hope” Foundation, “Little Volunteers,” Pan-Cyprian Association of Foster Families “Nest of Love,” Karaiskakio Foundation, Association for the Prevention and Combating of Domestic Violence (SPAVO), the Pan-Cyprian Association for Rare Genetic Disorders “Unique Smiles,” the “I Embrace with Love” Foundation, and the Nicosia Children’s Shelter. Through specially designed booths, they will present their work and initiatives, while also offering products for sale to support their commendable efforts. It should also be noted that the proceeds from sales will go directly to the participating organizations.
For the second year in a row, Cyfield’s initiative transforms joy and fun into a meaningful act of giving, creating a space where families can have a wonderful time, while also supporting the work of organizations that stand by those in need every day.
