By participating in the Contest, each Participant (as defined below) expressly and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that they comply with these terms and conditions (the “Rules”). Participants who do not comply with these Rules will not be eligible to win the Prize (as defined below).

1. Organizer

The Contest is organized by Alpha Radio (the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Only natural persons who are permanent residents of Cyprus and are between eighteen (18) and sixty-five (65) years of age, have full legal capacity, and are not subject to any professional, legal, or other obligation that may conflict with or prevent them from participating in the Contest (the “Participant” or “Participants”).

2.2 Executives, members, partners, employees, representatives, and consultants of the Organizer and PERNERA BEACH HOTEL, as well as the spouses, parents, children, siblings, partners, or associates of the aforementioned individuals.

2.3 The Contest begins on June 25, 2026, and ends on July 5, 2026 (“Contest Period”). All Entries (as defined below) received after the end of the Contest Period will be automatically void.

2.4 Participants are entitled to submit only one (1) Entry in the Contest.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Participants may enter the Contest by visiting the Instagram social media platform [Alpha Radio] and share and/or post and/or publish and/or “like” (LIKE) and/or comment on the relevant posts on the timeline (Wall Posts) (the “Entry”).

3.2 Abusive and/or offensive responses will not be accepted and will be automatically deleted.

3.3 Any other method of participation is not permitted.

3.4 After the Contest Period has ended, the Contest winner (the “Winner”) will be selected by random drawing conducted by or on behalf of the Organizer from among all Entries submitted during the Contest.

3.5 The Organizer will contact the respective Winner as soon as possible after the end of the Contest and will inform them of how to redeem the Prize.

4. Prizes

4.1 The Winner will receive: A 2-night stay for 2 people on an all-inclusive basis, valued at €1,000

 The Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

4.2 The Winner may not choose which Prize they will receive.

4.3 The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer or discount program and is not exchangeable for cash

4.4 To claim the Prize, the Winner must visit the Organizer’s offices.

4.5 The Prize does not include anything not mentioned above (including, without limitation, any other expenses related to the Contest). 

5. Prize Terms

5.1 The Prize is subject to availability.

5.2 The Organizer shall exercise reasonable care to ensure that the Prize is as described in the Rules. However, circumstances may arise that make awarding the Prize impractical or inappropriate for reasons that cannot be foreseen or for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to modify or change the Prize and to offer a reasonable alternative. The Organizer and parties affiliated with the Organizer shall not be liable for any such modification or change to the Prize.

5.3 The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service or product; it may not be assigned to relatives or third parties, nor may it be replaced or redeemed.

5.4 To claim the Prize, the Winner must present an ID card or passport to the Organizer.

5.5 The Prize must be redeemed within the time period specified by the Organizer, as notified to the Winner by the Organizer.

6. Validity of Entries

Incomplete, incorrect, or false submission of Participants’ information entitles the Organizer to cancel their Participation in the Contest. Entries that use offensive or inappropriate language will be automatically disqualified.

7. Post-Contest Promotion

7.1 By accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to participate in a photo shoot for the purpose of promoting the Contest.

7.2 By accepting the Prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants grant the Organizer permission to publish their names, photographs, biographical information, and statements regarding the Contest, the Organizer, and/or its products, without further compensation, for advertising and/or promotional purposes, and the Winner grants all rights to the Organizer regarding the processing, modification, publication, and copyright registration of the aforementioned materials.

8. Promotion of the Contest on Social Media Platforms

Since the Contest is conducted via the Instagram social media platform, and participation in the Contest therefore requires access to it, Participants agree to comply with the terms of use and privacy policy of said platform. It is clarified that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organized by, or associated with such a social media platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer bears no liability for compensation to the Winner or for any loss, damage, or physical or other harm arising as a result of the use of the Prize.

9.2 In connection with the use of the Prize, the Organizer may engage the services of third parties.  The Organizer is not liable for any improper or deficient performance of the services provided by third parties, for any loss or damage that may be incurred by anyone using the Prize or during the provision of services related in any way to the Prize. The Organizer neither promises nor guarantees the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third party in connection with the Gift in question.

10. Copyright

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Participant hereby grants to the Organizer and to all members of the Organizer’s group of companies, as well as to any other party involved in the conduct of the Contest, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable, worldwide, and fully sublicensable license to use the Entry for commercial and promotional purposes in any form and through any media, including, without limitation, any reproduction and/or broadcast of the Entry on the internet and/or on television, at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

 10.2 The rights that Participants grant to the Organizer belong exclusively to the Organizer and have not been previously assigned, licensed, or encumbered in any way, and will not be encumbered during the Duration of the Contest.

11. Personal Data

By participating in the Contest, Participants agree that the personal data they provide may be collected, processed, stored, or used by the Organizer and PERNERA BEACH HOTEL, as well as transferred to third-party partners for the purposes of the Prize and the conduct of the Contest, as well as for further advertising and promotional purposes of the Organizer and PERNERA BEACH HOTEL.

12. Other Terms

12.1 If any provision of these Rules is found to be contrary to law, it shall automatically cease to be in effect, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining Rules.

12.2 If it is determined that any Participant has violated these Rules, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify such Participant from participating in the Contest.

12.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the Contest or to change its dates and/or any other terms thereof. The Organizer may also suspend or cancel the Contest without notice for reasons of public interest, force majeure, or for any other reason. In such cases, the Organizer bears no liability toward the Participants. In the event of the Contest’s cancellation, Participants shall not acquire any right, claim, or entitlement against the Organizer, nor are they entitled to request the continuation of the Contest or any compensation due to any change thereto.

12.4 These terms are governed by Cypriot law, and any dispute relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

12.5 If it is determined that any Winner has violated and/or is violating these Rules, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify such Winner from receiving any further products and/or services arising from the Prize.
