The autopsy is expected to shed light on the cause of death of the 42-year-old woman who was found dead in the home where she lived.
The 42-year-old woman from Latvia, who held a Cypriot ID and had been living in a home in the Omonia area for the past few years, was found dead on Saturday afternoon.

Authorities arrived at the residence after being alerted by neighbors, who reported a strong foul odor coming from the house.
Upon entering the ground-floor apartment, police officers found the woman dead.
Authorities are investigating the case as a suspicious death, and a postmortem examination is scheduled to be performed on Monday by medical examiner Angeliki Papetta.
