Police in Limassol are investigating a case of assault and robbery involving a food delivery driver, following a report filed by a 31-year-old man.
According to the complainant, around 10:15 p.m. yesterday, while he was riding his motorcycle on Pafos Avenue, he was approached by two individuals riding a motorcycle who stole his cell phone, which was mounted on the handlebars of his motorcycle.

The 31-year-old followed the perpetrators, and as he tried to catch up with them, the motorcycle’s passenger allegedly kicked him, causing him to fall to the ground without being injured.
While the complainant was on the ground, a third person riding another motorcycle—who appeared to be with the other two perpetrators—reportedly approached him and stole a sum of money he had on him. The perpetrators then fled the scene.
Following the report, police officers went to the area and conducted an investigation.
The Limassol Criminal Investigation Department is investigating the case.
