The Police are informing the public that the road leading to the exits of the arrivals area at Larnaca Airport will be reopened today at 3 p.m. will be reopened to traffic, with the aim of improving the smooth flow of vehicles serving Larnaca Airport.
Specifically, all private vehicles will be able to use the road leading to the Arrivals area to pick up passengers.
Please note that taxis will be prohibited from using the road leading to the Arrivals area. Taxis will serve passengers for boarding exclusively from the designated areas that have been set up, west of the terminal buildings, near the bus waiting areas. Passengers disembarking will be served by taxis via the road leading to the Departures area.
We urge drivers to comply with traffic signs and the instructions of police officers, avoid unnecessary stopping or parking, and use the designated parking areas to ensure the safe and smooth movement of passengers.
Police officers will be on site to direct traffic and assist the public, as well as to conduct traffic inspections to ensure compliance with the new traffic regulations.
