The search for a 16-year-old of Russian descent in the Avakas Gorge, launched at the request of the police, had a happy ending.
Emergency services responded at 10:40 p.m. to assist in locating the missing person.
The minor was located by a Fire Department team; he was uninjured and in good health.

A total of the following participated in the operation: Four members of the Paphos Fire Department; EMAK, with one K-9 vehicle, three dogs, and three handlers; the Police, with two vehicles, two officers, and the Duty Officer; and Civil Defense, with a team of 12 people and a drone equipped with a thermal camera.
The coordinated mobilization of the relevant agencies led to the timely location of the 16-year-old, who is in good health.
