A weak low-pressure system is affecting the region.
Today, the weather will start out mostly clear, although there will be temporary increased cloud cover locally along the coast. Gradually, the weather will become partly cloudy, and isolated showers are expected in the afternoon in the mountains, inland, and in the north. Winds will initially be mainly southeasterly to southwesterly, light, 3 Beaufort, before gradually shifting to southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally along the southern coast in the afternoon up to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. Temperatures will rise to around 33 degrees inland, around 29 on the western coast, around 31 on the rest of the coast, and around 23 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tonight, the weather will gradually become mostly clear; however, there will be periods of increased cloud cover, especially in the west. Winds will be mainly from the northwest, light and occasionally moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and later light, up to 3 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to around 18 degrees inland, around 20 degrees along the coast, and around 13 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
On Wednesday and Thursday, locally increased cloud cover after noon is expected to bring isolated showers or even thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains and in the eastern half of the country. On Friday, the weather will be mostly clear.
Temperatures are not expected to change significantly, remaining close to average seasonal values.
