The 47-year-old man wanted in connection with an attempted murder at a construction site turned himself in to the police.
According to reports, the alleged perpetrator turned himself in to the police, while the Limassol CID’s investigation into the case is ongoing.
It is recalled that the attempted murder took place on Thursday morning at a construction site when a 44-year-old and a 47-year-old allegedly got into an altercation, resulting in the 47-year-old pulling out a construction chisel and seriously injuring the 44-year-old in the abdomen.

The alleged perpetrator fled the scene, and the police have issued an arrest warrant for him.
An ambulance was called to the scene and transported the injured man to a private clinic in Limassol. The 44-year-old underwent surgery and is in stable condition, out of danger.
The Limassol Criminal Investigation Department is continuing its investigation.
