Speaking to AlphaNews.Live, Mr. Dimitriou explained that from the very beginning, executives of the Israeli company made it clear in writing and in the most official manner before the investigative team, that they never act on behalf of any foreign state. In fact, they cooperated fully with the investigators, submitting all 26 hours of raw video footage at their disposal, the authenticity and genuineness of which were confirmed by the relevant Cypriot authorities.

Subsequently, the Executive Director of Black Cube gave two depositions in February and March 2026, answering all the investigators’ questions. Following that, the two agents were summoned to Cyprus for questioning and appeared before the “key figures” of the Videogate scandal, who traveled voluntarily from Israel and recounted everything they knew about the case.

Mr. Dimitriou reiterated that the authority responsible for determining whether criminal offenses have been committed and against whom is the Attorney General, who has already received and is reviewing Mr. Paschalidis’s findings.
