Due to a malfunction in the water supply network, water service has been temporarily suspended in an area of the municipal district of Agios Athanasios.
According to the Limassol Water Authority, the failure is affecting water service on Prometheus Street, Dimitra Street, General Dimitrios Matafias Street, Apollonos, Anastasis Siamma, Apostolos Varnavas, Morphou, Evangelos Florakis, Hephaestus, and Panikos Charaki.

Crews from the Limassol Water Authority are already on site in the above areas and are working to repair the damage; service is expected to be restored around 2:00 p.m.
