“We have a health certificate, we are registered for VAT, we have a registered company, and we have zoning permits for the workshop operating on our property in Lythrodonta.”
This is the response from the defrocked monks of the Holy Monastery of Saint Avvakum in Fterikoudi regarding reports and information in the print and online media regarding the illegal operation of a pastry and bakery workshop in the community of Lythrodonta, where they have been residing since their departure from Fterikoudi.

The defrocked monks recently posted on Facebook that they “create sweet treats with love every day for every occasion: birthday and wedding cakes, 3D cakes, wedding loukoumia, cherry treats, sugar-free desserts, communion treats, memorial service treats, and any other sweet treat that can accompany the beautiful moments of your life.”
