A newborn kitten was found by a Nicosia EOA crew, which was dispatched to Dali following the heavy rainfall on Sunday.
Specifically, during the heavy rainfall in the Idali area, three rapid-response crews from the NAA in Nicosia were dispatched to clear blocked storm drains and address issues with the stormwater drainage system.

During the work, the crew located and rescued a newborn kitten that was lying on the road. An EOA colleague, who owns a nursing cat, took the kitten in, giving it a chance to survive, according to the EOA.
