The Community of Koili has created the “Corner of Love,” where visitors can attach a love lock to symbolize love, friendship, or a lifelong promise, following a tradition found in many cities around the world.
The goal of the initiative is to highlight the village’s cultural identity and serve as a new attraction for visitors from Cyprus and abroad, while also showcasing the history, tradition, and hospitality of Koili.

The “Corner of Love” is located in the Sfalangas area of Koili, Paphos (VF53+VW5), and aims to become one of the region’s most distinctive tourist attractions.
According to an announcement, the choice of location is no coincidence, as local tradition holds that young men and women from the village used to meet at this very spot in the past.
The Community extends an open invitation to the public to visit the “Corner of Love,” learn about the history of the place, take photos, and leave their own symbolic mark, creating their own memories.
