The Meteorological Service has issued a new yellow warning, with temperatures expected to reach 41 degrees on Sunday.
The warning will be in effect from 1:00 p.m. on Sunday until 4:00 p.m. that same day, with maximum temperatures in inland areas expected to reach around 41 degrees Celsius.

Detailed forecast:
A seasonal low-pressure system is affecting the region.
Tonight, there will be locally increased low cloud cover, mainly in coastal areas, while later on and during the early morning hours, patchy fog or mist is expected to form locally, mainly in areas to the south and east. Winds will gradually become light, blowing from the south at 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to around 24 degrees inland and along the coast, and to around 20 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tomorrow, after the morning low cloud cover and local light fog or mist clear, the weather in most areas will become mostly clear, although increased local cloud cover will be observed at times. However, starting around noon, clouds developing in the mountains are expected to bring isolated showers or even isolated thunderstorms. Winds will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and will gradually become moderate to strong along the coast, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be generally calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will rise to around 41 degrees inland, around 32 on the western and southwestern coasts, around 35 degrees along the rest of the coast, and around 30 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tomorrow night, the weather will be generally clear, though there will be periods of increased local low cloud cover, mainly in coastal areas. Later, during the early morning hours, patchy fog or mist is expected to form locally, mainly in southern and eastern areas. Winds will gradually become light, blowing from the south at 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the weather will be generally clear, though increased local cloud cover will be observed at times.
Temperatures on Monday are not expected to change significantly, however, by Wednesday they will rise slightly for a short time, continuing to hover above normal levels for this time of year.
